Classic examples are " No added salt" ,  " Ponding" , etc.  So, perceptions of business models can also change just by changing the terms used.  Not saying this counter does this, but I can see how some companies might go about doing it (BTW, I hve no knowledge of actual terms used in MLM, so below is just my own example):    MLM regional distributor  = Importer MLM sub-regional distributor = Franchisee MLM sales leader = Franchisee' s customer MLM sales promoters = Franchisee' s customer' s friends    bicycle      ( Date: 25-Feb-2019 09:58) Posted: there are several links in valuebuddies that seems to indicate that the china franchisee are running the biz as MLM, which is illegal as they dont have the license. Now we dont know for sure but from BW' s response, they seem to try to distant themselves from the franchisee' s biz model by claiming BW is operating legally and ethically. Question is if franchisees are really operating as MLM (which might explain the phenomenal growth in early stage of MLM), will there be crackdown or can the franchisees keep up the growth since they pay cash for the stock. I' m guessing BT might have caught wind of the rumours in China about the operation of the franchisees, thus the articles.
