True indeed but also know that they will not simply dump 15 mil shares to crash the price.  Like that they will get less proceeds.  Must throw only on good news because upwards price movement will help to mask their acts.  And can do over a few rounds.  Yuuzoo has a pattern of releasing " good news" periodically.  Lots of chances for IAH to unload if they want.  IAH no so stupid to crash price.  Remember IAH is good at taking money from others.

Nothing much changed hands. You try to dump 15m shares, in the market, all the monkeys will run. This is the market reality.

This is what I expected from all that agreement with IAH to settle the case.  The facts are:

- IAH has no cash to repay Yuuzoo.  If IAH' s business can generate cash, will it need to swallow up Yuuzoo $6.5mil and then dont pay?

- Yuuzoo has no way to make IAH generate cash but still want the money back

So how to do it? 

IAH has no creditability.  Yuuzoo entrusted them money to do some work and they take the money don' t do what and cannot return after that.  Yuuzoo should not have associate itself with this kind of untrustworthy company anymore but still went ahead to acquire IAH.  Anyway, once those shares are issued to IAH, and listed in the market, they are LIQUID.  They can be turn into CASH and they are in the hand of company like IAH who swallow people money and never return when due.

If IAH do sell all those 15 mil shares, will it dent yuuzoo share price?  Not at all.  At peak, Yuuzoo can easily trade in 20-30mil shares.  So they can easily offload to others without causing price to change too much.  But it will be silly to odfload becos Yuuzoo should be worth $1.40 right.  So either way don' t worry about this 15mil shares.

But worry more about what funny businesses IAH might come up again in the future to get Yuuzoo into troubles

Yesterday was the first review day for MTP.  Has Yuuzoo got the 6-month extension to 1 Spet?  If not I think they failed to meet the 20cts based on last 6 month prices.

A recent similar one on the proposed 20M shares on 22nd Feb also didn' t cause much hoohaa, isn' t it?
