So this is transaction period. Everything will be back to normal. Back by gic, certain extend don't need to worry too much. All the best. Hope 1.61 is the bottom for glp. A good company but acquisition moving into wrong timing. Is a chance to load for long term if u believe warehousing reits will be good in the future.

Equity up 1.8% debt up 103% due to us acquisition. Debt/assets 9.6/12.9 still below 1 at healthy level. Cash generation from operation is 145mio higher than y to y quarter, 9 month generation less but already shown u turn. Cash from investment activity exclude us acquisition is 760 mio make way for us acquisition. 3.8bil outstanding debt waiting for settlement within 12 months. positive from operation. However us acquisition debt still hanging with 2.8bil waiting to settle and convert to long term debt or diversify to investment funds. Overall with price of 1.62, shall be alright. Waiting for moody to comment on credit rating.
