Yes DBS return not bad. But hor, interest rate is coming down very soon, so bank yield coming down also. Seatrium going down for many years, 物 极 必 反 , now the worst shall be over, business is turning around. So i think good to ride on its grow for next few years.......

Both are undervalued. YZJ is undervalued as their order to revenue has not been fully priced in. Seatrium is undervalued as market doesn' t trust their execution capabilities.

Yes you are right but market cap difference by 2x really don' t make sense. So is either Seatrium too undervalue or YZJ is too overvalue.
