Managing expectation is important. SMRT was a monopoly business, and SMRT was running the trains with a daily  voluminous business on an all cash payment basis only. Yet SMRT SHs did not get much when SMRT was delisted. Is SM running a monopoly business and have similar daily voluminous cash receipts? If not, and if TH wants to delist SM, I tend to believe that the offer price will be far from attractive.
