more strap - fear of leaving seat, may induced deep vein thrombosis

front of plane less turbulence affected than the back of plane,
back of plane chance of survival in a catastrophic event higher than the front of plane

so hard....
do more 1st class or biz class travels...  at least in the unlikely event .. go out in style...? sia up up

 Alert Admin 		I wonder how to sleep flat on the bed in a suite onboard the aircraft. Do we still need to be strapped up? Would be uncomfortable to sleep strapped up lying down! Better than flying into the ceiling like in The Exorcist.

 Alert Admin 		However people are " fearless" ...walking around , chat or even play w their kids ( wo seat belt ) 
Occasionaly event will ONLY serve as short term memory ......weeks later all is forgotten .
Lucky , compensation etc is only a very small figure for SIA .It could happened to any airline .   
No major damage to SIA , I think prices will rise as XD approaches.

For ordinary workers, besides the usual wage, how workers are treated is usually more important.
If we respect them, they will usually work better.
Treat them poorly, as in discriminating and abusing them, they will revolt even if you give them a higher pay.

To retain staff, it is only right to reward them accordingly when there are exceptional profits even if op costs go up.
That is fair practice, not exploitation of workers

Net profit before tax
Less: Corporate Tax
Net Profit after tax
