I weighed my options & decided couldnt wait so long but doesnt mean it wont reach one day. U have to see yur time horizon la pls. Didnt read my post meh? I say $3 in 2 years time not now. But now i think need 3 years. I forgot tat need time for RTO completion.

But reading your frequent posts in this thread, I have a feeling you engage more on shorting than on longing, if not a wrong guess. If that is true, then you could be making money instead of losing.   Shorting must also be done with borrowed shares to be safe, or one can use CFDs.   Borrowed shares incurred unreasonable high interests charged by the brokerage firms, though they claim that they pay to CDP the interest rates.   But I believe they take more than they give. People who really make money are a minority, so that is why I always discourage my friends and relatives from investing in Singpaore stock market. But people who likes to gamble will do so despite any good advice. That is why I am getting few forumers to participate in a project " Trading for income" .   No fees are charged, but there is a bit of profit sharing,..this will be explained in details in person.   Those who are very skilled in trading can also participate in the " trading for income." Just pm me and provide an email address if you don' t mind.

By the way its REVERSE takeover, not takeover hor. Hk wants to takeover CEI assets end up got reversed by CEI. Its like a way for companies to cash out instead of letting it go bust. People say nice tings in media, the Edge magazines etc nia, u go believe every word they say meh? Wah piang eh. Anyway i learnt my lesson liao. Huge cost. Now got to think how to hamble one last time. Lose again i tiao lao liao cos no way to pay hospital bills, future funeral & wedding costs. But what it did was to dilute the share value by a lot. Hence, for shorter term investors, you will not see price appreciation. The price paid for CEI assets was at a big premuim. That is why CEI mother shares have risen and HK shares have fallen. You have to hope that there will be longer term benefit in the future business with this merger. That can only be seen in 12 months of more.

All issued in shares. 80% somemore. 60% at least more reasonable. David chen da bian must be really desperate. I think he is facing cash crunch. My monies are now to fed to him. No wonder he looks much happier now cos he managed to cash out.
