But bad since you have to sell good property and you will be having less good assets. zhencheng      ( Date: 29-Mar-2016 19:43) Posted: Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of OKH Global Ltd (the ?Company?) wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 March 2016 entered into a supplemental agreement to the Subscription Agreement dated 5 September 2014 (?Subscription Agreement?) (the ?Supplemental Agreement?) with Chronoz and Zana Investor, to vary the terms of the Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (?RCPS?). The Supplemental Agreement sets out the redemption amounts to be redeemed by the Chronoz on specific dates, namely 29 April 2016 and 29 July 2016. Save as otherwise amended, the Supplemental Agreement does not affect any of the rights, title, interest, benefits, obligations and liabilities of the parties in the Subscription Agreement. The redemption of RCPS will be funded from internal resources and/or external funding. It is not expected to have any material financial impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2016 or/and 30 June 2017. None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction (other than through their shareholdings in the Company). The Company will continue to provide updates on any material developments of the above. Shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when trading in the shares of the Company. In the event of any doubt as to the action they should take, Shareholders should consult their financial, tax, legal or other professional advisers.

It wouldn' t make sense for OKH to be trading above NAV, unless the financial markets know something which we don' t.  Chip Eng Seng was estimated to have a rnav of $1.10 to $1.60, depending on which forumer you read this from. Plus properties are getting burnt now. So you need to give it a discount to their NAV.  Until the next quarter when you see a positive growth return, i think now is consider their fair trade price. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	they have an industrial project, loyang enterprise,   just top in january. so that will show up in the next quarter results. and another project ace@buroh top the following quarter. do some digging and you can see how well the projects are selling. and whether the projects are profitable(hint they are) recall last year how much profit they made from selling out one project.
