Hahaha @pkl899. You and I are one of the last bastions here. And even going way back on YZJSB, again there was once some grandious expectations of that bum stock too....
I've 8 more weeks before major decisions, might as well enjoy the rest of my stay here. Like your broker said, There are far better stocks out there....by a mile.... Merry Christmas & HNY to you and all here. Health > Wealth....always. Especially when considering this bum stock.

4 more sleepy trading days to year-end. Seemingly will close at a fraction of your most pathetic estimates. Your dismal 33c also can't reach...lol
Total lack of support, be it from institutions, us retailers, or even idling shortists... relegated to the bowels of SGX storage.... To repair this botched stock, VT did dose in 40%, very much against Ren's intention to pay you "a morsel equal to FD rate". So the jury is still out how we will see 2024.... He can easily pay you 4c and walla.... 50c surehit !! After all, it comes from currently earned profits derived from the stingy accumulation of past profits.....lol lol.... Countdown to 23 Feb..8 more weeks. Either Ren decides to let share sit up. Or we put on our shoes and stand up....best of luck to us observing investors... |

now i assume mas reported short is near to open position. next quesitons i ahve is what do the shorts get out of it. one way might be to get cash. ie treat sgx as an atm machine to draw cash. next question where does their shares to cover their shorts come from. guess some big holders is lending it out to get an extra interest return on top of the dividend income. next questions then can a cash account with broking house where the shares belong to me but in the name of the house, be lend out by the house? if yes, is it legal. cause it is possible that one day the share might be cornered and the broking house cannot get shares to give back to me. if oen can understand exactly how the shorts make money where their shares come from , what is their cost, what is interest on the cash they earn, then only there is hope to won against these shorts.. |

You know how difficult to hold 5m shares, one needs solid cash reserves. But on the other hands, one can borrow from SGX or trade CFD from major brokerage houses. Daily interest is a bare minimum. Buy and sell at the same price costs almost nothing. Some can jump queue and stay at queue in the system. So is SGX a level playing field? for small investors... I doubt it. | ||||

Think not just short to make price difference. They get cash out of system to do other things. I wonder if the big share holders lend out their share do they need to report it as sold since they have no ownership of sheres | ||||

SG should follow them. It' s unfair when these big boys have tons of $ to shortsell but retail investors don' t have. It' s hurting our interest. Hopefully SGX will wake up it' s ' f' idea and do us justice.

Yes just take a look every now and then and don' t have to do anything. BBs playing up and down movements game, sometimes throw in big volume but we all know it is right hand to left hand and vice versa type of movements.The ' real ' selling all get eaten up by SBB so if we still want to add, just queue along the SBB price. As it is now I think there is no hurry to enter at ' ask' price. Also, don' t just focus on YZJF, this is a really long term play, meanwhile, don' t miss out on other valuable counters especially some really good reits which are still being priced cheaply.
