x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Vested recently but sold all at a great loss. Cannot hold as it will decline further. Its a dead stock. The top mgt , ceo n directors had sold their company's soul away. The only benefit they reap is they can continue to be their ceo n directors n get their monthly salaries till they retire. Not a bad deal for them but investors liao sia n lose big. Those not vested beware n avoid this counter at all cost.

Step 2 : Get shares from share lending as part of agreement.   eg say 50million shares at 5cts Step 3: Sell down all 50million.   Not naked short because got 50 million shares to cover.   Price drop like siao say until 2cts Step 4: Now company gets their $2.5mill and issues how many shares ??   say 10% discount to last trade price so $2.5/(0.02*0.9) so 139mil shares. Step 5: Return 50mil borrowed shares back to company.   Now still still holding 89mil shares + profit from 50mil share x 3cts. Step 6: Sell remaining or what? So who think price needs   to go up to profit? So if G** is involved, basically the company has sold its soul away.   The company knows this.   So the company is in cahoot to rob shareholders.   That is already a nice example out there. Is this practise ethical or legal? Shareholders needs to request MAS, CAD and SGX to initiate an investigation on this practise on G** and those companies involved.
