Main points I picked out were: 1) Resource estimate is late. 2) Lithium offtake price per tonne also contingent on punctual delivery and acceptance 3) TAW/Lithco have only contributed A$5m out of the A$20m expenditure so far, so JV not in effect yet 4) TAW/AMAL have A$40m for capex, remainder will be funded on 50/50 basis 5) Tantalum offtake not signed yet 6) No mention of trading suspension 7) AMAL CEO estimation of production cost in line with Canaccord report So AMAL took so long just to repeat what TAW had already announced, plus address the Burwill announcement and the ST/BT articles.
