It' s hard to imagine that Dr Secret can sell that well in China in the past 1-2 years which saw BW hit record sales, without being able to pay typical MLM multi level commission as per China regulations. In fact, if the franchisees order a lot of stock(pdts) from BW, they may be inclined to " sell at all cost" , thereby engaging in less than desirable behaviour to rid of their stocks(pdts). So moving fwd, can their explosive sales momentum continue in China

How BW works: 1. Franchisees bought good from BW on cash terms, which means they pay to BW cash upon delivery of goods. However there is a refund in events of defective products 2. After buying the goods, Various franchisees will then resell to their respective markets. How much sales these franchisees sold, BW will NOT know and will not care and will not take into account. This is what it means. I will be worried if BW takes into account the sales clocked by their franchisees. It means double entry. Kindly read the clarification properly and if not sure, do not anyhow jump to conclusion. I have to agree that BW valuation is on the high side but their coming earnings and future numbers are crucial to bring the valuation down. Every dip is a chance to nimble. Like I said, as Long as the numbers are genuine, monetizable (real money not pseudo biological accounting, such test will be cash at bank, buy backs and dividends) I see no reason why the shares will not make a come back and when it comes back, it will come back hard.
