DBS may come out to downgrade to correct their mistake. Down is confirmed. Don't forget apl logistic sales news was out and sent NOL to above 1 in sept, poor 3Q result sent it all the way down to 74. It could also be  the  STI guardian can anticipate the  future financial health of  each component thus removing it in advance. Same fate applied to Cosco, SMRT.
