x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Today few thoughts flash over in my mind, on the 1st day of Name Change, stock price rise to 013, from the 0.124 closing on the last day of SCM, is all about timing? or being orchestra for a good start to a Name Change and for a Icon Company 60 years anniversary? Merger is being talked about since 2-3 years, but only realised this time of the year, when both KOM and SCM busineses is turning about? or for a Company 60 years anniversary by chance? Seem and hopefully his timing is right. With businessman acumen, if will to merge over during those bad years instead, is rather strange for a lost making company to buy over another lost making or not so good company sector, correct? either side of the shareholders will question on the buying over we suppose. Above statements hope will not influence your judgement, but again just to share the thoughts. Hopefully this coming Friday will not disappoint us. We shall see. Happy Investing

There is also the strategic review that is ongoing - wonder if there' ll be a focus on streamlining the business operations which might potentially involve rationalization? With the merger, suppose there will be some overlap in functions, headcount etc
