Meaning ? Those who bought recently at 55 to 58.5 cts.... high risks low returns ...and if you buy 59 to 60 cts ...well ...you can rejoice like a conquering mountaineer ... When it was 38 to 45 cts ask yourself did you buy a lot ? : ) |

You see, Global FDIs are not rushing into Myanmar after the Elections.
They are watching on the sidelines. Why ? All realized the Military is very much in control and behind the scenes. And The Lady cannot do much reforms. So Myanmar is not booming like Vietnam. The recent Taiwanese firm big multi million dollar fine and penalty given out by Vietnam worsen the case for that region in particular. Unless, Aung San S K do something big and impressive in the reform. |

Typed out something, don' t know why, click post then disappear. :( CLSA released a report stating fair value at $1.17. CLSA typically caters to institutional and corporate side, so not sure if their report will be released publicly. Note this $1.17 fair value takes into account future inflows up till 2020. Technically, although price came back down to 56, it still stays in a bullish uptrend channel. Would be a lot stronger if it stayed above 565 (would confirm my previous statement of resistance turned support), but nonetheless, the bull trend is intact. Technical and fundamental (news) both confirm a BUY for Yoma. |

Wait for the report that states fair value at 1.17. It will fly. Technically, this stock is still in a upwards channel with strong positive report coming out. We saw it move to 585 yesterday, today is a healthy pullback. Hope you guys scooped some today, TP @ 58 and 60 cents. |

Shwe Taung takes home the Best Developer gong, while Keppel Land and Capital Development are among the year&rsquo s top winners 
All together onstage: the Winners and Highly Commended at the Myanmar Property Awards 2016 Drumroll please! One of the leading corporations in Myanmar, Shwe Taung Development Co Ltd, picked up the year&rsquo s highest honour for Best Developer at the biggest and most exclusive real estate event in the country, the Myanmar Property Awards 2016, presented by Samsung. A finalist in six categories, Shwe Taung also collected three more awards &ndash one for Best Office Development and two design accolades (Best Retail Architectural Design and Best Office Architectural Design) &ndash plus a commendation for the Junction City Shopping Centre, a mixed-use project undertaken by its subsidiary City Square Commercial Co Ltd. Best Developer gong goes to four-time winner Shwe Taung Development Co Ltd, led by Aung Than, deputy CEO of Construction, and Sandar Htun, managing director, Shwe Taung Group. The award was presented by Richard Emerson of Emerson Real Estate, chairman of the judges For its outstanding interiors, The Gems Garden Condominiums was also presented with the Best Residential Interior Design trophy, as well as the &lsquo Best of the Best&rsquo honour for Best Residential Development (Myanmar) that will allow it to move forward and compete at the grand finals in the South East Asia Property Awards 2016 in Singapore this November. Another development that is set to make a splash at the regional grand finals is Sedona Hotel Yangon (Inya Wing) by Keppel Land, a four-time victor this year and winner in all categories for which it was nominated. With such formidable contenders coming from various segments of the local property sector, the second annual Myanmar Property Awards has this year welcomed a new category for Best Boutique Developer, which went to Green Vision Construction Company Limited. Nominated for four awards, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Myanmar Co Ltd finished the awards gala with one win for Myanmar Plaza for Best Retail Development. More than 300 real estate leaders, professionals and VIPs attended the second annual Myanmar Property Awards 2016 held at Sule Shangri-La Yangon on 30 June According to Richard Emerson, managing director of Emerson Real Estate (Myanmar) and chairman of the independent panel of judges, the high standards seen across all the official nominees will increase Myanmar&rsquo s chances at the regional grand finals. &ldquo Their quality in terms of design and construction and success will be easily able to succeed on a regional level,&rdquo he said. With BDO Myanmar as the official supervisor, the credibility of the Myanmar Property Awards was also reinforced this year when the PropertyGuru Group, Asia&rsquo s leading online property group, has taken over as organiser. What base u talking about ? Military base ? fans base ? baseball base ? All I know is the Military is still very much behind the political scenes in Myanmar . This is not good at all. Look at Thailand. Are the laws real solid laws and transparent or not really so ? You go figure out yourself.
