EU antitrust approval verdict on 15 April 16 mostly likely followed by US and China verdict. Everything go well, ship should hit CMA offer price in May followed by general offer for all shares. |

CMA NOL holding through open market purchase at 3.74% current, combine with temasek it is roughly 71% by may cma should be able to hit 75% bottom neck when the floating free share run dry. Then it is high drama stake when they made formal offer for remaining 25%. Estimate drama could drag out till year end as NOL port terminal portfolio not marked to market valuation and CMA indicated assets divestion of US$1b after offer. Another drama playing out soon in 2q16 |

Don need to worry about NOL performance, it up for sale and base offer of 1.30 is there . But the cost effort ongoing which should please CMA less work for them when take over NOL |

NOL expected to outperform STI in 2016 due to the willingness of Temasek to let go of national assets at a discount. After antitrust approval CMA would gain control of 67% through a US$1.6B deal, a buyout deal would follow with base offer 1.30 offer to privatise it. Offer might be sweeten to get 90% since CMA indicate they would delist NOL. Left Right Centre once antitrust approval, it win win for NOL investors considered the brutal blood letting in STI. Good time to look out for heavily discounted blue chips after CMA deal. 1 unit of cash can buy 1.5 share compared 2015, 50% discount |
