 Alert Admin 		TERM LOAN (2 Billion Upsized):A loan from a bank for a specific amount that has a specified repayment schedule and a floating interest rate.  many banks have term-loan programs that can offer small businesses the cash they need to operate from month to month.

With TERM Loans of 2 Billion + interest, the financial  fundamental  isn't strong. 
How many years do Wilmar need to pay back these " 2 Billion Term Loan" ?

If PE is so high, why will there be such a high rate of DEBTS?

  1. we should look into the fundamental of the company.
  2. Compare with peers example golden agri, noble, indoagri etc in term  of   p/e ratio, debts level.
  3. In term of p/e for plantation stocks most are traded at pe of 18 wilmar is only 15. So p/e is quite low. Which is cheaper than peer. Most consumer stocks e.g. delmonte are trading at p/e of 30....
  4. Debts wise wilmar debt level are still manageable compare with Olam.
  5. Look at wilmar business model.

Because price above $3.15 is not attractive. Wilmar share buyback 7.4 million at $3 previously.

As such, market momentum moving well far from $3, and into above even speculation price of $3.15.
The market is bound to suffer a major drop in weeks to come. (Below $3.63, heading towards lower range)

 Alert Admin 		这 么 热 闹 啊 ！ frankly speaking dnt have to bother with say this say that, just follow logic & systematic way of trading, if you have bought since 3.0+~3.1+, it's time to book in some profit, valuation wise, I like to compare it's china side peers dealing w oilseeds & soya refining, thy r all trading ard 13x this yr earnings & seems to b taking a breather. If want to bet higher, dnt have to bet all in all out type wat. Aiyo, predict tis predict that? For what? Just do logic. Look at china agri industry if you all wants a relative ref#

Bank of America Merrill Lynch upgraded Wilmar from $3.90 to $5.00.

what triggered it?

A recent call for tender by Indonesian's state oil company Pertamina to buy 3 million tonnes of biodiesel in 2014. " The lastest biodiesel policy will benefit it greatly" , but cautioned that a quicker than expected rise in palm oil price or a sharp decline in diesel price would pose risks.

as you can see, stocks doesn't go up in a straight line....Up retrace abit...forming a higher lows along the way...

Fundamentals and Technicals are improving....looks like will retest $3.90...if can break.. hold, cannot break.... sell....also depend on what happens later whether fundamental support for palm oil and sugar still good or not......

China is re-stocking in anticipation of Chinese NewYear...India as well...

More catalyst is China govt already said to let " markets" have a bigger role...meaning govt will control less.....Do you know that palm oil and sugar prices are depressed in China due to govt control for many years...so wilmar had a hard time......Volcano would erupt if the govt lid is removed...then commodities firms with exposure in China will really have a sustainable rally...in fact, most of the big players  supply to   China.....Noble, GAR, Olam(cotton) etc.

At first, you didn't follow directors to buy in at 3.15. Your prediction is already not convincing. Because you practise

3.1, no no no, price is no attractive, I want 2.9

3.3, no no no, price is no attractive, I want 3.1

3.5, no no no, price is no attractive, I want 3.3

3.61, no no no, price is no attractive, I want 3.5.

3.8, no no no, price is no attractive, I want 3.6.

4, no no no, price is no attractive, I want 3.8.

Share market is buy low sell high at right time as simple as it is.

After the market extended gains continuously for a few days, i boldly  predict that 3.63 will not be sustainable, because Shareholder bought at $3. Within weeks, the sell down will begin as more begin to lock in profits. 

On 13 Nov, as announced-  Wilmar Director, Mr Kuok Khoon Ean, bought 20,000 shares at  S$3.15 per share.  This is not a huge quantity, basically 20 Lots. My forecast is that may be used for speculation and sell off when the market momentum is high. [From this we know that $3.15 is speculation mark]

Prediction (Battle Forecast)
On 19 Nov Afternoon (when i forecast $3.63 is not sustainable)- Market closed at $3.62
