PROFIT GUIDANCE ON THE UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025 The Board of Directors (the ?Board?) of Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited (the ?Company?, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the ?Group?) wishes to announce that based on the preliminary review of the draft unaudited consolidated financial results of the Group for the half year ended 30 June 2025 (?1H2025?), the Group is expected to report a net profit for 1H2025. The expected net profit in 1H2025 is mainly attributable to the increase in revenue due to higher contributions from new projects secured under the Engineering and Construction segment as well as net profit contributed from the Bio-Refinery and Renewable Energy segment. The Company is still in the process of finalising the unaudited financial results of the Group for 1H2025. I think savvy investors won' t sell at current prices ie around 8c. Sellers are contra and short term players mostly. Just my opinion, please dyodd.

What is a fair valuation of Koh eco now with the order book at 1.1bil? Even though there is 2.8bil shares, but more than 83% in Penta and KB hands.
17% = 476 million free float. Within the top 20 shareholders now, 150million are in hands of institution holders like citi and dbs. 326 million in private names. Now everyone clinging on and big names can?t buy much from open market without causing price to spike. Contra holders can?t earn much coz bb push for one day and wait a week to flush.

For those who are convinced of the longer term value of Koh Eco and are aiming for hgher prices, 10c and beyond, got to be patient. I think Koh Eco still has a long way to go with the rise of Oiltek and with Singapore in a bullish infrastructure expanding phase for the next few years. Vested and will wait for more than 10c. Just my opinion, please dyodd. |

Result this week. Another Moment of Truth. For the last year, even after consolidating Oiltek positive result, Koh Eco still making substantial loss. So this upcoming result, Koh Eco needs its key construction biz segment to turn in good profit to sustain the current share price. |
