Of course 55% of that fat dividend payout would go back to Temasek.

Not like Westerners, will riot everyday if lockdown like this. China actually dont need to have 100% zero covid, but the just need to keep the figure low. Since the population is very big, if 1% or 2% got covid, hospital will be jam with 1million to 2 million patients.

Many Shale companies folded up in the last oil crisis and it takes some time for many to be back and also many of them may not wish to come back for de javu reasons. Fossil fuel will be much needed. Sg Gov mentioned net zero carbon emissions by 2030. If an efficient government like Singapore Gov can only make it by 2030, the rest of the world can probably set the target by CE 3020.
