Some are optimistic and bought SATS at $2.67 this morning. As for me, I think no need for me to rush in to buy SATS now. I will wait for price to drop

Agree with you. Price is not right. Time is not right. No need to rush in now to buy at $2.50. Time is on buyers' side. No catalyst to push SATS' price up. On the contrary, many factors point to a drop in price for the near future. There are many other stocks worth investing in. Why SATS?

The company's current president and chief executive Kerry Mok was appointed only on Dec 15, 2021. For FY2022, he was paid a pro-rated amount of S$387,874 comprising salary, bonuses and benefits for that role.
Prior to becoming president and CEO of Sats, he was part of the group's senior management team. For FY2021, he was paid between S$1 million and S$1.25 million in salary, bonuses and benefits. |

Yes, there should be no pay and bonuses for them also. We lost so much just becos of the poor planning and execution. Shouldnt they be sharing the responsiblity, especially they are so positive on the deal?!!! why they never buy back current share price if they are so confident of this good deal on long term basis??!!! If they themselves dont buy now....it show clearly how bad is the deal!!!?? This is also published in the news yesterday!!! Talk so good abt the deal but share price keep dropping!! Totally a lousy deal if we look at it!!

should focus on setting its own house in order..before embarking on acquisition the challenging macro environment... Management can speak of Long Term, while they collect their remunerations, bonusess and stock options and NO DVIDENDS for shareholders... Why dont the management defer their compensations and also taking the long term view they asked the investors to adopt? The investors also need the passive income and cannot afford the steep plunge in the share price caused by the announcemtn of such an acquisition and concern over the funding in view of the adverse macro environment.. |

Safer at 2.2-2.3 while waiting for more details on rights issue. With so many uncertainties going on, declining price tendancy will continue and not just SATS. |
