But I' d like to take readers here to the following para :- Lifted by the higher distributable income and a higher hedged exchange rate of A$1.00:S$1.0647  (compared to A$1.00:  S$1.0014  for 2QFY17), FLT&rsquo s 2QFY18 DPU rose 3.4% to 1.81 Singapore cents, from 1.75 Singapore cents in 2QFY17. The above says, if the hedging to a higher quantum of the exchange rate, the end-result is the collected distributable amount will also be higher,...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think the mechanism of hedging is by referring to a certain exchange rate. If the actual exchange rate is lower than what that has been hedged towards, there might be impact to the NPI too, which, down the line, may hit the dpu slightly too. Hedging has cost too,... recalled something like this. Every quarter should not be affected much by forex  if they hedge properly every mid-year and year-end. If EGM is going to be held by coming Tuesday, then probably,.... they will be able to complete the acquisition before end of this quarter, which means the European props will start to contribute from the July quarter onwards, and..... we will get the incremental dpu announced  in the November reporting,...
