x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Even if it is marked to market for iFast and Coupang, these are non-cash fair value gains and not realised unless SPH divests these investments this won' t really contribute to the retained earnings for dividend payout. Same goes for FV gain should there be any revaluation gains coming off last year' s lower base due to Covid-19 impact.
