Y ventures, is IPO placement ? IPO placement are different Nevertheless, there is a reason they want forced the price down close at 0.008 To justify 0.0072 placement price to SGX. Also, they already had the movie announcement to make but they wanted to secure the placement deal before they announce too. I don?t think this placement investors are stupid. They knew the management is on their side which seems very much like it considering the timing of this deal and the announcement right after it. Furthermore there is so many new shares placed to them , if price remain stagnant . How are they going to exit. Pretty sure they have the big boys in place to do the pump and dump already. Just need to go in early and not be the last one. Play at your own risk. There?s winners and losers. Losers are those who will wait and chase when spackman is running. Winners are those who think like the BBs and join along at the best opportunity. Look at what the company is doing place 60% share to raise 5 mil. They have been doing that since the share was more than 10c and for those who think the price will not go down the placement price please put your eyes big big of the share price now. And how many placement they have done before. Do placement for free money and burn the money. And you are believing this company? Ohh no now you are switching your words saying playing short term now. Haha. Credibility. If people listen to me and go against this stock since long time ago they benefit even more, yet I dont even talk about credibility. Now a newbie want to talk abot credibility. Furthermore with this placement deal, I do believe that they will spend some doing share buyback. Few months back, they were doing buy back at 0.015 or 0.016.
