This hanky panky is very easy to conceal for mining stocks....most mining mgts are like durian sellers whose trust is questionable anyway. Suddenly the share price can fall off a cliff.....then too late for retailers to get out then we know of hanky panky.

This CNMC is trading at 45c....one lot of this CNMC can buy 2250 lots of LG. That's how large difference for the two. Both are in the gold mining business too. Remember not too long ago, what happened to ABL? All three are also involved in the gold mining business. They can said whatever they want regarding the asset they had. One pays 0.001c for dividend while the other zero. If If suddenly gold shot up double....which one is likely to give you multi-baggars return for the same cost? DYDD

Traded with huge volume....in fact LG is in top volume. There are other micro pennies in the top volume section today....IPCO, M Dev and Metech trading at 0.003c, this LG has Magnus Energy for company trading at 0.002c. Annica is trading at 0.001c | ||

The Conversion Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Catalist with effect from 9.00 a.m. on or about 24 December 2015. ISSUE OF UP TO S$100,000,000 IN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF 2.5% REDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE BONDS DUE 2018 - ISSUE OF 58,823,529 CONVERSION SHARES Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, all capitalised terms herein shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Company&rsquo s circular to Shareholders dated 21 August 2015. 1. The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of LionGold Corp Ltd (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) refers to the announcements of the Company dated 20 June 2015, 12 August 2015 and 17 September 2015 in relation to the issue of 2.5% redeemable convertible bonds due 2018 in the aggregate principal amount of up to S$100,000,000 and wishes to announce that the Subscriber has on 29 June 2016 exercised its right to convert two (2) RCBs (Certificate Number: N0091 and N0092) with an aggregate principal value of S$100,000 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement. The two (2) RCBs will be converted into 58,823,529 Conversion Shares at the Conversion Price of S$0.0017 per Conversion Share. 2. The Conversion Price of S$0.0017 was determined by taking 85% of the average of the traded volume weighted average price per Share for any three (3) consecutive Trading Days determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bondholder, during the 30 Trading Days immediately preceding the relevant Conversion Date, being 29 June 2016.
