x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	The 1.02845bil shares held by Julius Baer Trust that make up the new 28% comprises of 2 parcels of shares :- 1) 852.845mil from RenYL through YZJ Settlement (direct interest), 2) 150mil from RenLT through Xinyangchuan Intl (deemed interest of RenYL). Lido Point new 11% is from WangDong (co-founder of YZJSB) that had already been pledged to Zedra Trust to support YZJSB employee compensation scheme. So total insiders is ~39%, market holds ~61%. The top 5 angmoh funds known to have stakes in YFH are : Vanguard 94.141m as at 30 Nov 2023 American Century 45.222m as at 31 dec 2023 Blackrock 31m as at 31 dec 2023 Jupiter 19.65m as at 30 jun 2023 Teacher Insurance 13.4m as at 31 oct 2023   It could be anyone or more of the above angmohs that are selling to exit. The selling down and almost immediate buying up at the contested 0.32 price was still happening today in spite of YFH huge sbb volumes in the past days. If Vanguard is the one exiting, or worst still more than one angmoh exiting, then the selling may very likely still persist for the many days ahead. Non of them are SSH so there is no need to report to sgx, so nobody knows until they voluntarily update their shares holding registers for their investors. YFH will likely release FY23 in late Feb to early Mar so the sbb will ought to stop soon due to the 1 month blackout window. Therefore, I think the mass selling could be over soon. I think shortists have since scale back as they know the amount of shares available (from the funds that want to sell all) for them to cover is shrinking. Now the positive catalyst to propel the share price upward could well be the annual results and personally I took the aggressive SBB as a positive sign.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Interesting. I would say at the current moment, the biggest volume the better especially if the price hold at least at 32. Just done a rough calculation, YZJF is in good position to mop up more shares if they commit another $200m for the new/current FY. Potentially they can BB 20% of the total shares! I don?t believe by then genuine sellers still have shares to sell and as for shortists, my hat off to them if they still short big at that time.
