Aiyo. Mostly the case liao. They already asked for EGM to relax some rule on their bonds. The convenent they want to remove is for interest cover has to be above 3.0. Now based on 9M to date interest expenses is about $18mil. EBIT is about $73mil givng interest cover of 4.1. I don' t expect interest expenese to be reduced since they are in debt. So to ask for interest cover of 3 to be removed means EBIT must have drop. Asuming Q4 they make a loss of say $20mil. Then, EBIT becomes $53mil and interest cover drops to 2.9 below the required 3.0. But surely they will have incurred some interest so assuming interest expense for Q4 is say $5mil, then the loss might be reduced to $5mil. Anyway this move already preempt the market its coming quarter results is going to be bad. Also got no contract win for last three quarters. Still building ship but nobody is buying.

As long as your own tp hit. I advised you to take profit if holding power is not sufficient. Previous few days i believed some of you gain some profit as well. My tp still stand strong but hardly due to chart is upside and not crash with bottom line yet. In 1-2 months you may want to vest Dragon. I have 4000 lots inside waiting to take profit next.
