Near term is not a good news. Selling stake at a loss (Urgently need cash?). Long term may be good, maybe a spin off on JV. in the near future. |

Just tell all of you .this Super bbbb don't bother what news is it. Monday up or down up to them .one word follow them , in other word follow the trend when lift trading , you have to decide ,no point to argue just relax n enjoy the weekend peecefull day. They are big enought to cover the so call bad news or sell in news .you know what I mean ,,,,,, I'm not vest on it but I got the other three

Come on let's be honest here , a lot have short or Long positions what ever view any one has would not be neutral so Long u have a position in it unless u are objective.
There are a lot of possibilities such 1) short sellers have to cover. 2) volume was huge on past three trading sessions , of that volume how many retailers who are on contra and couldn't hold ?? 300 plus m over 26-27 m short covering .. Which is better 3) someone mentioned price surged more than 30 percent in 2-3 sessions, profit taking ?? Possible too, not forget the crude prices plunge more than 2 percent. Last but not least u think bb so stupid let retailers make money ?? If further push is required more volume needed to be accumulated at lower prices prior further push.. |

Some company have a "fetish" in asking for suspension for no good reason - Ezra is one of them..
This way they can create false hype to manipulate the already lifeless share price.. Whatever the news it doesn't resolve Ezra's financial problem |

Don't be fooled by the earnings per share increase shown in their announcement. The increase showed there is "what if Ezra did the 50-50 jv + less it's 10% in fy 2015
I am guessing the jv is profitable. They also mentioned when they release 1h2016 in April that the jv is for long term goals. In my opinion, sell something that's long term for short term objectives is not good, means they are running out of ideas to get cash. Next time who know they will issue more shares for cash. In fact nta dropping by 5% if U read the announcement. Anyway. Just my view. Please feel free to comment, am sure we all would like to hear different views. |

Agree and disagree. Big name yes but it would be better if Nippon yusen becomes substantial shareholder in the listed company level and not at subsidiary. Impact that there.... Let's wait for more news. Hope more coming.
