The next best thing is to look at its past years earnings without SMM. Based on my rough cal, its EPS is about 20 cents. If we use a conservative PE of 10, SCI should be abt 2.00. If we use a crazy PE of 15, it can be 3.00!! The only problem is how many more impairment loss we have to suffer??

Worse case say nav dropped to 1.62 because of the write off and no cash generation. U can see what the price should be using Ur pb ratio. Btw 1.5x is low I have seen 4x. So the range is quite large.
