I thought the news of asset sale will lend some much needed suppoet to QTV when it was anouncedat about @3cts but appearently no. One should check how many shares those convertible noteholders have already been issued. Many have already recouped their principal and they are still been issued many more shares due to the agreement. Now they can happily cash out whenever share they want. These shares are pure profit at whatever price. Those who thought that the current is very cheap should know that the lowest it can go is 0.1cts and it can definitely go for 100:1 consoolidation for those noteholders to contiune cashing out on the capital makert. Lastly, if you see there are GErMs in it, more than 50% chance it go down. That' s how GErMs can infest and destory the host. Strange I thought medical company wants to save lives but i think all bullshit one. I dont know how many lives this evil QTV has destroyed already and most likely still got a lot more lives to claim... Really cheap isn' t it? Should buy or say bye? |

Are bonds reflective of a company' s good future? Meaning do people buy bonds instead of shares so that they feel safer and have first lien to encumber a company' s assets in case of bankruptcy? Thus if payment for bonds are made with shares in lieu, then basically the " lenders" want to take a gamble to sell at a higher share price than bond price in the future since shares can be sold any time while bonds are normally due at certain time. Am I correct? |

Agree. At least they manage the bond holders well and the outstanding bonds was reduced. Looks like 0.024 keeps topping up. This could rise to 10 cents if they managed to realized their assets? Dyodd | ||||

Shares issued to Bondholders as payment for bonds outstanding. Some may read this as having more shares for people to sell off. Or you can look at this as the bondholders happy to accept shares in liew of cash for QT. This may mean they have some info about future appreciations ? After all, these bondholders should be getting more interaction with the management as sums vested are not small. |
