Best of all after April meeting over, Temasek holding might decide to privatise NOL once and for all, rewarding their own people who  owns share richly with singapore CPF money lol. This explain why they sell off APLL to boost NOL group value so they can get a better privatisation deal using CPF money. As long they don hold more than 5% of outstanding share , don need to make report beforehand, GUess how much free float shares already in the hands of their own people during these 3-4 years of extreme low stock price. They getting to suck blood out of CPF money before singapore government can lay hand on temasek money lol. The sale of APLL is all but guarantee since it is ordinary resolution in April meeting only need a simple majority to pass and temasek indicated they supported it ( 67% ). The goat is fatten up before it is killed.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This week SGX would post list of watchlist, ship get trapped rangebound due to this. 3 years of continuing losses and market capitalisation < 40mil. last year same thing happen but ship spared due to the insane capitalisation it had, this year maybe also the same but the fear is holding big investor from buying up. This is funny as ship is in such a aweward position, very pasai for temasek holding to post 3 years losses and still remain in SGX due to pure size of it market capitalisaion. Time for privatisatin before it get ugly lol.

x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Don worry too much, since NOL is willing to sell APLL that meant there is a change in mindset and high chance a merger is coming. Just need to unlock more hidden asset they built over the 17 years on APL liner, another hidden treasure is the 5 port terminals it owned which basically support the liner operation but do not contribute to revenue. 3 on west coast US , 1 on Japan and last on taiwan. Estimated combined valuation for these 5 terminal is about 800 mil made 2 years ago, now might worth even more due to QE effect. Likely merger might come from G6 member carriers just don know who, Japanese carriers might once surprised us lol. KWE give lot of analyst a big surprise by paying a big premium for APLL lol. By the way MOL just ordered 6X 20.500 TEU ships  recently biggest in the world lol. NOL management no hope , can score in study but sucks badly in business decision making. WE got lot of scholars but they only good at study, they had low EQ high IQ. in business EQ is what count not IQ.

" but this is a ' National Service" shipping line. Do you think they will divest asset and send a message to the world that spore is so incapable of managing national ship liner? CT Goh will sure put up 2 hands to say no to selling NOL. Army General is just waiting for instruction what' s next? Perhaps merger may be a considerable option and fastest way to reward investors for holding NOL like u said and not to loose their face. They simply have to act now and do something and not just Kicking the Can Down the Road, then afew years later same issue again... what to sell next to fund those NOL -Net Operating Loss... or right issues again.... Now is the best time after divesting APL to do something....will be utterly disappointed if they just sit there dreaming and hoping for the better days ahead instead.
