(&ldquo FMI&rdquo ) today held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for Yoma Central, formerly known as the Landmark Development. The Group is also pleased to announce that it has received the Myanmar Investment Commission (&ldquo MIC&rdquo ) permits, following the listing of the Landmark Projects as Permanent Investments (1/2017), as announced on 13 January 2017. A day to remember - Groundbreaking Ceremony of FMI Centre Redevelopment and the Peninsula Yangon Project. 'This marks both the end of a very long process, but more importantly, the start of an exciting journey,' Serge Pun, executive chairman, Yoma Strategic Holdings, First Myanmar Investment. Yes, net profit hit in this qtr but we should also look at the overall growth in revenues. Overall growth still healthy but price likely to stay around this level. | ||||

I think if price does go to 79 to 80c, it should consolidate again at this price before another move up to 1. But let' s get to 80c first. |

Read few reports, the last was from RHB 3rd Jan 17 indicating 0.79cents TP after 10% discount. Very detail write up and price target for each business segment.. Refer to sginvestor forum. Unless the price retreat next few days, if not it should fly like Jumbo after Friday result announcement. |
