Just to check if by next month Nov still cannot get 90% is it deal off and those submitted shares will be returned ? Eastate Lim hold 35% if yhey no sell how to get 90% leh ?

Important thing is - if deal doesn' t go through, you are screwed whether (2) or (3). But if deal goes through, you are capped to 67 if you choose (2). Why do you want to be capped? If deal goes through, weak hands are wiped out and entire market is left with investors who won' t sell at 67.

(1) Sell - Low Risk, (2) Accept Offer - Medium Risk, (3) Don' t Sell and Don' t Accept - High Risk. Either take (1) if you risk adverse or (3). Option (2) makes less sense than (3). I' m going for (3) but I hold only small amount. | ||||

Because people check with their bankers....like May Bank etc The advise is that the offer is alredy higher than 0.64 the bank valued. The bankers also advise people to take profit and reinvest in other counters with lower valuation

Let' s take a step back, whether the deal is successful or not, DM stock is worth keeping for another year or so. If HW has management control, I am sure DM will be a stronger company with more synergy with mother company. If the deals fall a part, we still have our ourstanding CEO. |

In case you misunderstood... You sign paper to accept Hanwha offer 0.60 or 0.67 does not mean your deal is secured. If acceptance level ended below 50%.....no deal.....Hanwha returns you your shares...not money |

MS with deep pocket can easily counter offer with 700 and above or just above 670 that higher than HW final offer !!! Do note that HW also said they may counter offer with higher offer price than 670 if there' s competing offer from others !!! The devil is in the details and fine print !!!
