On firm footing at 40.
With good vaccine rollout leading to recovery of hospitality and industrial activity, TOP of Parc Botannia, new Yishun Ave 9 launch and perhaps another investment or land acquisition should bring the stock price to a new multi year high range in the near future.

Think it depends on the sentiment then. For eg 2017-2018 stretch was the enbloc fever, which led to 30%, think it narrowed to 18% at one stage at 0.51-0.52. And that was at NAV of 0.6398, and without the present triggers.
Given that enbloc fever might be tampered this time round, in spite of decreasing unsold units for 8 consecutive quarters since 1Q2019, it?s fingers crossed how the property market will turn out. From a shareholder point of view, if Sing could take up another project once Yishun Ave 9 has commenced construction, or embark on any new investments, or even take profit off any of their investment properties and recycle capital - that would be a very very interesting outcome for all parties. Fingers crossed.
