Unlikely they will revise the offer price. They already struggle to sell off 6golf courses to fund for this buyover. Month end coming, need to reload the shares again and vote NO!!! | ||

Wonder if the trading halt is due to the TM releasing their Circular today due to the pressure from Hibiki. In any case, it is dissapointing that the TM take so long to prepre 1 circular which agenda is not something new. Fishy.... | ||

I think the CF Advisors are shocked maybe, that there are enough people galvanised to oppose this offer. They probably calculated that Hbiki alone cannot stop this. Stupid and inexperienced CF Advisors.

It is already very clear that this takeover attempt at a lowball price is already dead in the water. We should require at the EGM for the Trust Manager to demonstrate that they can marshall enough votes to put this through, as there are expenses for the Trust as well, related to this costly and doomed to fail takeover attempt.

Let them suffer the embarrassment and cost of a failed takeover bid. And you know who is at fault - the Corporate Finance Advisors who probably advised them that Singapore retail are easy to bully, victimise and bluff. Hahaha. They are stupid to trust smooth talking young and inexperienced advisors, who do not know that there are many rich uncles holding this stock and have the clout to fight back. | ||
