x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The last time I loaded QTV was years ago at 0.7c, sold off all between 1.5c to 2c and never touched it since then, that was also a few years ago. This morning my very very itchy fingers popped up of nowhere (hahaha 🤣 ☝ ️ ) and loaded millions of shares. Will do averaging if it weaken more or if opportunities arise, will load more if there's upswing. Worth to take a bet as Teleflex has an option to acquire coronary Chocolate Heart? for S$65.6m if it can get FDA approval, now in testing stage. Price will shoot through the roof.

I am comparing the latest option reprice of $0.006 to the company's NAV of US$0.047. So it is 2 different comparison. Extracted from announcement Mr. Eitan Konstantino (Chief Executive Officer of the Company) and Mr. Mark Allen Wan (Non-Independent NonExecutive Director of the Company) are financial investors in the Investee Company. .......... Previously, Mr. Konstantino had assigned his right, title and interest in and to certain intellectual property related to the treatment of ED to the Investee Company in consideration for royalties which are payable by the Investee Company to Mr. Konstantino. Neither Mr. Konstantino nor Mr. Wan is involved in the management or operations of the Investee Company. Shouldnt have used company fund for their own selfish interest.  But perhaps the CEO needs some hlep......

The company has a net cash of US$10 mil after disposals and some valuable drug coated parents still awaiting disposals. Do agree the float is big and Luminor has given up hope and dumped their shares earlier. But on the flip side, Eitan Konstantino had bought back about 30 mil shares in Nov and Dec 2018.
