If so good, why no big fund in yet? Temasek and other big foreign funds are not interested, you' ve got to ask why?

1. Revenue grew in e-commerce and franchise sales. E-commerce revenues, comprising payments,merchant sales, gaming and advertising revenues, improved by 195% or USD10.4 million to USD15.7 million in 4Q 2015 over the prior year comparative of USD5.3 million.
 
2. The Group&rsquo s cost of services, which mainly relates to e-commerce transactions, for 4Q 2015 increased from USD0.8 million to USD15.5 million.
 
So it means they make cash revenue of $15.7m but spent $15.5m. Make $200k net? The expenses must be mostly advertising fees.
 
They must cut down on such expenses and/or greatly increase their cash revenues in order to justify a high price.
 
Just my 2cts worth...

For the franchise bit, every EV/Rev of 1 adds 8.5cts.

My own valuation.  DYDD

But why is this a black box? They can' t even name the big 4 firm? Somehow I don' t feel comfortable but then maybe just me...
