Stock seems to be trading strangely. I am trying lower my holdings, past 3 days queue at seller, but none of that gets taken. I look back at the KayHian sales log, the 100k and 200k sales that I give to buyer, all are from me. No other larger movements apart from other huge ones before and after hours. Why are the volumes so low ? And price range narrow. I was hoping to still offload as volumes ought rise soon. | ||||

Snr mgr pay is what? $250k? $250k / 1.8 cent = 13,888,888 FH shares. If you own close to 14m shares, I can understand why you are so kan cheong about it.

I don't know about history, I just forward looking for a better dividend. This is not a blind faith as many people labelled me. I am being optimistic, if not I won't be here holding gain with big dividend which is better than a snr mgr pay.

" Limited impact" ? Are you aware that H1 looked good simply because of $34m of write-up of financial assets? Without this, H123 would have shown a decline from H122. Point is - we are at Ren' s mercy as valuation of assets is highly subjective.

Limited impact only 1/3 of yzjfh PE fund listed , PE investment 550m. Assum8ng 30% fair value adj only appro 50m max. But those number would adj again in 2024 1h when china stock recovering strongly on china fiscal policy to jack up economy. The NPL provision writeback most likely would negate effect of fairvalue adj in pe funds. yzjfh actively divesting off it china PE as it move money to sg for higher return. Super pray hard yzjfh can recover or refinanced those npl loans. |

Cannot focus only on improvement in the NPL provision. 1H results was very good, also mainly due to fair value gains in public n private equity. If equity assets reverse into fair value loss in 2H, full year results and dividend will be impacted. I guess that is why share price has not gone up much, since Chinese markets dropped so much? | ||||

As long yzjfh give forward guidance on future earning and dividend yield on next AGM, stock price should recover to fair value. YZJFH debt investment should all either reinvest or rollover to longer dated debt giving very stable income, as long no more NPL provision needed should be ok result. Currently yzjfh sitting on 1.2b cash invested in SG bond/treasury bill etc very low yield. More cash expected from NPL provision write back and divestment of china PE fund. |
