(SGD 1.2 million) 13th July, 159 million new shares were allocated to SED as a result of exercising companies' unlisted warrant. 150 million of which goes to Boss Chan. (159 million, spent (presumably) SGD 7.2 million) hmm... so all in all, it appears boss Chan used some of the shares he own (46.7 million share) to fund the warrant to give him 150 million share (warrant exercise price at around 40 cent). So now he definitely own more share than before.  The additional number of share issues would meant a dilution of around 10% of all share holder' s value. But do note that boss Chan take back that 150 million share and i dont think he will sell his 150 million share in market at this juncture? For what?

Coz after this switch, he doubled his position in from 100 million on 9th July to 200 million on 13th July.  Albeit his method is only available to him and not retailers..  I believe when he want to unload (pure belief), someone has been supporting him by providing buying volume to support the price.. there will be some price down but i dont think it would be to this extent.  The medtec meltdown seem to aggravate the selling of shares and today its more like retailers playing. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It could be a conincidence that the medtec meltdown trigger an overall jialat sentiments of med counters... the volumes traded when he sold off the stock is consider high...  Before this, he hold around 100 million shares. That' s around 13 million SGD if we use 0.130 After all these and he sold off the shares and gained 6.2 million, later topup 1 million to get him 150 million shares. he now hold 200 million shares and thats around 20 million if we use 0.100 today.
