x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Correct me if I'm wrong. 1Q 23' Dbs gave out 42cts, 2Q is 48cts.. Total for Dbs 1st half 23' is 90cts. Where did u get the extra 44cts from? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	With a $5.26b profit for 1H 23 , target of 10b profit for FY 23 is right on track . And with a 1H dividen of 90 cts ( 42 + 48 ) , the payout ratio is only 44%  based on 2.57b shares outstanding .  So , plenty of gas left in the tank for future dividen payouts or special dividen .  Also , an EPS of $4.06 represents a PE ratio of 8.4 based on current price of around $34 .  Vested .  Echoes      ( Date: 27-Jul-2023 16:54) Posted: DBS projected a nett profit of 10b for FY 2023 . With a 50% dividen payout , the dividens should work out to about $1.94 for FY 2023 .  But this is not counting any special dividens it may pay and the last financial year they paid out 50 cents special . I would say that a total of $1.94 is more or less in the bag with a possibility of special dividen . How they split the amount into the quarters is anyone' s guess .
