It has the same characteristic. w0 850 ... w5?470 - w5 at 63% of w1 w0 1005 ... w5?150 - w5 at 53% of w1+w3 The difference is w3 % 163% vs 193%. - both are month chart dntrend - rate of drop is higher for this stock - both are at w5 Just need to wait for w5 end. - once end a new uptrend will be form - wait for it to form - enter only at w2 end - Due to this is month chart - may have to wait 3 to 6month for this to form Like what u are doing now in ESR - this is call bottom scoop - bottom scoop is always dangerous But For yield stock I think not as dangerous - it has yield to support - further more now near w5 end - the most powerful w3 already over - in another 4 years u will be rewarded I prefer reit counters more then this. Just keep it as an FD with light at the end of the tunnel in 2 years time.   Afterall, which FD pays you more than a measly 2% annually? Savings account pay you 0.5% yield.   The change in leadership in Taiwan to pro business KMT is really good news indeed.
