Although pe is 10 but excluding the non cash property value gain, actual earning is pe 20 which is relatively at high side after all blueships are beating down. Now still pointing down based on 4hr and day chart

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Dbs highest 21.5 now 14.9. Dividend yield now is 4%. PE is 8.4 lower than glp pe of 10. As mentioned before this pe include property asset gain, without this gain the actual earning result PE of 18-20. In past 5 years, investors were suffering with all these assets gain from golden agri, ezion, swiber noble and etc which gave wrong impression of actual earning and the real value of the assets. As such in this situation, we shall just consider the actual earning which generate the real cash flow. So, i believe 1.6 will be retest again if us market dow and nasdaq continue to drop next week. What need to take note on GLP in next result actually is the settlement of divestment of the US warehouse take over. If the china party refuse to pay GLP for the 3 billion, this 3 billion will turn to GLP debt. A healthy balance sheet will turn ugly. I believe market is reevaluating GLP assets and worrying if all these assets are still valued as what it stated in the book. Overall GLP is still a good company, however when market drop, no company share price is sustainable. Long term holders have holding power can buy it but i will suggest wait till the downtrend is past, at least 2-4 days price not breaking lower. Last low 1.6-1.7 took 15 days to confirm bottom found, last high 1.95 to 2 took 1 month to confirm peak found. When keppel and 3 banks price can be discounted to half price, there is no reason for glp to stay above 2 now.
