i suspect shortist not that great a percentage. in any case it would have been silly to short near the recent lows for so little meat. vested interests aside, UMS has made no secret of the fact it has been trying to diversify away from over-reliance in semicon space - hence its stake aquisition into JEP. eventually JEP should be an ever increasing cash generator and dividend pot to both its direct shareholders and UMS ones as well. short term traders get to taste the cream off their fingers longer term stake holders get to eat their cake & the cherries on top, too!

The BB indeed successfully create a positive sentiment for tech stock.
I guess the shortist burn quite a lot when shorting each rallied stock at their so call resistance and end up BB support higher... Causing them to cover higher....so it go higher n higher till shortist hide away. Shortist have their good time, now longist time to rise(pun intended).. 😂 |

i know the feeling - some in my circle were slacking off a few months ago and now wondering why they missed at least 15-20% returns with eyes closed. and likewise with JEP - easy investment money. The Best is Yet to Be - with even more SPEC  tacular upside yet to come. more than a few made tremendous money (sounds like Trump or not?  ) on UMS over the years. now repeat with UMS + new JEP bonus play as well. our properties never yielded as high a percentage return as some of these beauties.
