Past few days the DBS syndicates try to put up high buy/sell price to lure retailer. Yesterday, few hundred thousand shares buy/sell at around $34 before opening, slowly down all the way until $32+ Where are there today ? now only stay at 32.84. |

? what are you talking about? Capital land was a formed by merging of DBS land a subsidiary of DBS Bank, (do I need to explain?) and Pidemco Land, a sibsidiary of ST property investments. Why they can not buy ? How about UOB and UOL? are they related? Can UOB buy UOL share?

I thought banks not allow to invest in non-core asset, how come DBS can buy ??
DBS Group Holdings D05 -0.92% has upped its stake in CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) A17U -1.1% after it purchased 500,000 units in the REIT via the open market on Aug 7. The bank paid a total consideration of $1.37 million for the units or $2.74 apiece. The move comes just days after the bank sold 1.4 million units in CLAR via market transaction for $3.98 million or $2.84 per unit. |

Last year he also sold 100k shares. He also need cash to buy bread what! His remuneration is sky high, there is no reason he wants to get into trouble involved in insider trading.
