x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The case is water under the bridge. Towkay is no longer a director. He is just waiting for court judgement. As of now market cap is only $25.8 million about half of incoming cash from sale of Tee Land. My guess is Towkay will either make an offer or sell to another party. It could also be a take over target since it has so much cash. He will have no face to continue running this co. He might just cash out and retire comfortably with millions in his pocket.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	By the way, it is not a 65% drop in price. It was trading at around 0.03 before news broke out that an investor will buy up a major stake in the company. Because of that news, the share price powered up above 0.05-0.06. This was due to fundamental changes. Strip off this news, the share price should be under 0.03.

Accounts will be cooked, etc. Why invest in such a company where there are so many good companies out there to choose from? Only punters and speculators like it because they like volatility. Once the issue has been sorted out, it should go back to or closer to its right value imo. Due to whistleblower?  With poor corporate governance, this shows the culture of the company.   One should avoid, only meant for punting and not investment.
