Now CMA might step up it effort to grab as much NOL shares in open market to smoothen 90%Delist req, they more desperate to delist NOL and merger of operation for new alliance. New alliance expected to be operating Apr 2017, if NOL delist hit resistance would drag out their grand plan since u need like 6 months to streamlined merged liner operation. Very tight time frame for CMA to get ready for new alliance

It like how airline control fuel price, they buy or short future oil price to reduce over explosure to open market. In NOL cases banks supporting CMA are controlling price within range through shorting or long to deter speculator or rival trying to spoil the deal
