No interim dividend this round. Not good.  But, cannot blame them as the property market is still in the recovery phase and the SG hotels remain closed to tourists.

Oxley Holdings teams up with Pavilion to develop Oxley Towers in Kuala Lumpur
 
PROPERTY developer Oxley Holdings' Malaysian arm is partnering Malaysia-based Pavilion Project Management to develop Oxley Towers - a hotel, residential, retail and office complex - in Kuala Lumpur.
 
The Malaysian arm, Oxley Rising, has entered into a strategic partnership with Pavilion Project Management, a member of property developer Pavilion Group.
 
Pavilion Group specialises in large-scale retail mixed-use developments in prime city centre locations in Malaysia and China. Through the partnership, Pavilion Project Management will oversee the project management, construction, sales and marketing and administration of Oxley Towers.
 
Oxley Towers is a freehold property covering a land area of approximately 12,554 square metres, with a gross development value of around S$1.1 billion.
 
The development comprises two hotel towers with residences, an office tower and a retail podium linking the three towers. It is situated near the Maxis Tower and the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
 
Ching Chiat Kwong, chief executive officer of Oxley Holdings, said: " We are thoroughly excited to work with a top name in Malaysia and we believe that the project is in good hands.
 
" Being able to form strategic partnerships with strong international partners is both a testament and a driving force to the strength of Oxley' s brand and product. We have no doubt that Pavilion' s expertise and networks will take the Oxley Towers project to the next level of excellence and we look forward to continue expanding both Oxley' s and Pavilion' s reach together in the Malaysia market."

For info only for Oxley Investors. Oxley  Investor relation team confirmed that Oxley is expecting to announce the 2021H1 results on Feb 14, 2021. I wrote to them with the following 3 specific questions which the investor relation team had taken note and will update the management accordingly. i) Latest financial performance given the bullish property market ii) Update on  the valuation of the 10% investment in Aspen iii) The investment / expansion plan on how to use the latest funding of $106m   |

From the balance units chart, looks like only 25% left for booking. Kent Ridge is quiet and serene popular location for expats. IMO all sold out by April 2021 |

Any one know when is Oxley sharing their half yearly result? Last year they did a presentation sharing in Feb. Want to hear the favorable market condition financial impact and also their 10% investment in Aspen valuation... With the new $100m+ investment coming in, they should share investment/expansion plan with all shareholders.  From all signs, all factors are favorable for Oxley now. Waiting to see them going back to pre-covid pricing.    |

Edge Property had a few interesting articles on SG property market outlook for 2021.  Other than some positive views on 2021 (esp after covid), they mentioned about inventory from last onbloc round will be fully consumed soon and some developers are starting to explore how to rebuild their land banks. Think Oxley is smart to tie up with a funder to tap on low cost funding to enter this new recovery/bull cycle locally and overseas to pick up some good deals to position for future. Am vested and waiting for their share price to follow other counters to recover back to pre-coivd level first and then to 40.    |

Most large cap and mid cap have moved up last week. Not many discounted stocks left in SGX. IMO Oxley is one that will gain investors interest and move next week. BTW all property developers have loans before they embark on new projects. Have not heard any developer use their own money. Profit margins range from 30 to 35%, comfortable sum to pay cost of borrowed money whichever form. More important is to focus on the completion and delivery. IMO Cheers |

May I ask what is your source for this delisting plan? If you have no verified source, please do not spread nonsense in this thread. While I may be vested in this, I don' t want this stock to become part of some pump-and-dump scheme due to nonsensical rumours created by people like you. Grow up.

Not true. The liquidity problem last Feb was an old issue.  The group has also taken drastic measures in 2020 to steer its core business back into a profitable path (refer to updates in SGX announcements).  The developer was agile enough and shift focus to core business. Local developments can fetch 30 to 35% profit margins, hence it this is much more enough to cover lending cost of 3 to 6% IMO UOB-KH analyst TP = 0.37 but I think OH could do better. Investors need to undersyand their potential and be aligned

the 2 revalued hotels (presents good opportunity to get hotels cheap for chin) and more importantly ASPEN gloves play enough said PE firms are not charity they are there for the money |

okay then you slowly wait see you rush to buy in at 28 - 31 cents and higher pfft joke of a person when PE firms come in means is delisting for sure especially this is AH GONG VESTED. PE firms bye bye cheap oxley haha will watch losers rushing to buy 28 - 31 cents and above the amount vested is also just nice to do a GO to be forced to MGO to above 90% no get cheap price no need sour grapes. now still got chance to get 24 cents |
