It is very tricky, abc time frame take longer then w1 to w5, that is the mistake. Dntrend EW formation. EW 17- w1 12-w2 14-w3?6-w4 9-w5?4- abc w4. This is almost impossible. Watch it and ride the waves

Stanton      ( Date: 22-Jan-2018 17:07) Posted: While many like myself are eagerly waiting to see if Medtronic will exercise the option to buy Choc PTA, I have listed the series of announcements and my personal views. 19 Jul 2016 - entered into a non-binding term sheet with an international industry player relating to Choc PTA Balloon Catheter asset. 11 Nov 2016 - US Court of Appeal denied AngioScore?s petition for en banc rehearing and maintained its reversal of California district court judgement that awarded AngioScore more than US$20 million, and directed the district court to dismiss the State Law claims. The denial is consistent with the previous ruling of the Federal Court. 26 Jan 2017 - update that co is progressing toward signing definitive agreement. 2 Feb 2017 - signed agreement with Medtronic for worldwide distribution of Choc PTA catheter for 5 years. For treatment of stenosis in vessels above and below knee. 12 May 2017 - signed asset purchase option agreement with Medtronic with 3 option triggers. Purchase consideration US$28 million (S$38 million). 22 May 2017 - co is engaging interested parties in negotiations for its Coronary products. (More asset sale in the pipeline and this should be worth many times more than Choc PTA) 4 Sep 2017 - co substantially completed manufacturing transfer of Choc PTA which satisfies the requirement for one of the option trigger which allows Medtronic the right to exercise its option to purchase Choc PTA. (This is a very important trigger if Medtronic were to exercise the option) 2 Nov 2017 - QTV notified Medtronic that it has satisfied one of the option trigger which allows Medtronic the right to purchase Choc PTA within 90 Days. 15 Nov 2017 - QTV announce settlement agreement to fully and finally resolve all past, present or FUTURE disputes with AngioScore. (On 11 Nov 2016, QTV already won the case yet they sign settlement agreement in particular to avoid FUTURE disputes. I view this as a giving assurance to Medtronic that there will be no more patent disputes, paving the way for exercising the option). The 90 days should be expiring around end Jan 2018 and the important trigger of transferring manufacturing has been completed. Choc PTA is presently approved for sale in USA, Europe, Australia, Turkey, Singapore and Hong Kong. The next 2 triggers are approval from Japan and China which I don?t see as a deal breaker. It is a matter of time as Choc PTA is already FDA approved. Hopefully QTV can also sell the Coronary asset to Medtronic or other interested parties. The wind of change for QTV is in 2018. Form your own conclusions and DYDD.
