There is an annoucenment yesterday. The Board of Directors of Ezion Holdings Limited (the " Company" ) wishes to announce that Teras Investments Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia under the name &ldquo Teras Offshore Maritime (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd&rdquo (&ldquo Teras Malaysia&rdquo ). Wonder what it means. |

Face the reality. Am I beating around the bush?
How can be cheerful when suspension is about six months and counting. There's nothing to cheer since there is no good news. We'll know how bad is the situation when the result is out but I won't have high hopes since Ezion is counting on a life line which has no definite outcome. Don't you think management of Ezion is doing a very bad job. Abstract of email reply from Ezion to me on 17th of May: "Please be informed that the negotiations between Yinson and our Secured Lenders are still ongoing. The Company will continue to provide updates via announcements on SGXNET accordingly." Trade with no return |

Since you are holding too, there' s nothing much you can do. Your emo will not change anything so just stay cheerful. If good outcome, can rejoice. If not, treat it as expensive school fees paid to open eyes wide & dyodd in future. Pls stop beating around the bush with your lamentations. Help to cheer the atmosphere here.

Only in the dream.
Ezion is bleeding profusely. Many got con when the management give empty promises after the 2B refinancing package. Now Yinson only offer US$200 million. Will Ezion survive or just extending the pain? Things should worsen since the rescue is prolonged indefinitely. The forthcoming result should provide some clues. If there is no deal, will Ezion lift the suspension? Will I get back my money? Trade with no return

Ezion is now on the ledge waiting to jump down if there is no rescue. Wonder what can US$200 million do even if the deal is on? Almost six months have gone and is the situation in Ezion worsened or better? Trade with no return
