x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If I am not wrong, the last placement shares was at $0.005, it was also placed on a premium of certain % due to the traded share price. Every time a placement is made, it was always made on a premium price and of course a wiling buyer and seller condition. This time round it is also made on a premium price, the only different is now it is at 30% less price (0.0035) then the last placement value, so is this still premium? For a company to raise a few millions by diluting investor shares value, it is not so wise... And especially the share has been diluted after so many round of share placement. Each time the share placement money was used, there is nothing concrete about what had been materialize, I did not see anything produce, even company that was "bought", I also did not see any end product materialize from it. The money seem to be evaporise... The share value has depreciated so much even without any bad news on the company, I worried later the company can be taken over easily and subsequently get delisted and then it will be show over for those still vested... Not sure still got any chance to see the management of the share price depreciated in this rate???...
