no doubt this is a "controlled stock" & look more like not welcoming people buying it, judging from the way share prices react to news as well as queuing buy/sell pattern.
to certain extend, can not rule out people within DeClout is part of it..by sending mix signals to the market in recent ceo buying in & ID selling. Plenty off-market transactions recently (just another 2.5m married at 0.20) suggests somethings is brewing this kind of counter can never play contra or short term, as only few retail players keen |

The first ever dividend is coming after the recent sale. It could still take months before the dividend is paid out. However, I have recently vested at 20 cents after keeping the company in watch list for very long. Firstly, they managed to spin off procurri, secondly, they sold Acclivis recently and thirdly, they still incubating more tech firms. The first two reasons showed that they can transform capital to profit. I am prepare to vest and wait a while and see how. Price dropping below 20 cents not a concern to me now. In fact, if drop some more I may sell a bit of my Nordic and buy a bit more declout.

Dividend? The directors of DeClout don' t understand the meaning of dividend. It was never on their agenda. Since when they ever pay out dividends despite being profitable. And profitable is just an understatement of DeClout' s business. By right, by now, shareholders should have been given reasonable dividends regularly since a couple years back, instead they only know how to ask for Rights issue. And if you observed what I observed, this is a " controlled" counter. Up or down is not about it' s position or market conditions. Having said all these, and ranted, I guess I' ll continue to hold...lol, do I have a choice?
